We are on call 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
You're calls will be answered by a live person at all times (even
after hours and holidays). The only time a recording will answer is
if all lines are in use. This is extremely rare.
A lawyer will either be available for you to speak with immediately
or will call you back shortly.
We speak "real people talk" not "lawyer lingo".
We will treat you with the utmost respect and courtesy. We are
consumer advocates who fight for the little guy.
You will never get a bill or charge of any kind unless you have
agreed to it BEFORE HAND in writing.
We do not ever charge for initial consultations or general phone
questions.
We do not charge for most phone calls and do not abuse you with
"garbage fees and charges" for every little thing.
Our Lawyers our experienced. We do not employ new people right
out of law school that are learning on your case.
You do not have to pay for parking or take long trips to downtown
Cleveland to meet with us.
We can handle most matters through the mail, phone or by
computer so you really do not even have to come to the office if
you do not choose to.
We will come to your home (or wherever you want us to meet you)
on any injury or contingency matter that is a good claim. We will
talk to you for free to determine if you have a good claim. Call us
any time.
We will always level with you. If we do not know something- we will
admit it and find out.
You have the right to set up an appointment to discuss any problem
or concern if your call is not returned within 24 hours. There will be
no charge for this meeting.
I will be happy to meet with any dissatisfied client personally- free
of charge- to make good on any problem with service. Our clients
are our number one priority. Keeping them happy and informed is
our primary concern.
