Robert C. Biales:

Lead Attorney, 1993 Graduate of Thomas M. Cooley School of Law,
Cum Laude. Bob B. is our personal injury, consumer power, employment and
criminal defense litigator. He also heads up our trust and estate planning
department. He has been practicing since 1993 and has tried well over 100
cases.

Bob Biales set ground breaking law in the area of Driving under the
Influence law in State v. Brocco.  In the Brocco case the prosecutor did not
produce critical evidence regarding the maintenance of the breathalyzer until
the night before trial. Biales filed an emergency in-limine motion to have the
evidence of the Breath Alcohol Concentration excluded because the State had
withheld critical evidence purposely. The Prosecutor claimed he  had just
found out about the fact that the breathalyzer had been sent out for
maintenance just days prior to Brocco's being tested. It had been sent out for
problems with breath readings and the blow tube. The Prosecutor maintained
that it had been sent out for general routine maintenance. However, Biales had
requested this maintenance logs months prior to trial and this "out of house"
service repair was not listed or had been removed. Biales maintained that the
breathalyzer was sent out for repair because it was not reading breaths
accurately and was producing unsubstantiated and wildly fluctuating
readings. Biales asserted that he needed to examine the manufacturer and the
repair company to properly defend Brocco.

The court found in favor of the State and let the BAC into evidence
claiming the Defendant would not be prejudiced because Biales could
question the local maintenance person who would have knowledge as to why
the breathalyzer was sent out. Biales wanted to question the sub-contractor
repair company and the manufacturer and requested a continuance of trial to
do so. The court denied the request and Brocco was convicted based upon
the BAC evidence and sentenced to six months in jail. Biales appealed and the
conviction was reversed and Brocco did no time.

The Brocco decision was a state-wide victory for the constitutional rights
of all Ohio citizens as it put greater legal requirements on prosecutors to
provide all information requested by accused citizens. This was an important
win for the rights of Ohio citizens as up until Brocco, prosecutors routinely
withheld evidence favorable to the accused which increased the likelihood of
an innocent person being convicted.

Robert Delchin:

Senior Member, Financial Matters and Transactional Attorney,  Graduate of
Cleveland Marshall School of Law, Magna Cum Laude, Editor of Law
Review. Bob Delchin is our bankruptcy, commercial recovery and business
litigator. He also heads our probate department. He has been practicing since
2000 and is one of this area's most knowledgeable bankruptcy practitioners
with regard to the new bankruptcy law that was enacted in 2005.  The new
law significantly restricted the relief available to financially troubled
individuals. Bob Delchin has aggressively litigated ground breaking issues
under the new law and is constantly fighting for the rights of our clients and
debtors in general. He has had amazing success in helping people stop
foreclosure, stop harassment, stop garnishment, stop lawsuits, stop
repossessions and overcome financial distress and get a fresh start in life.
Bob Delchin has also been published on numerous legal issues, heads his own
radio show, and also represents creditors in our commercial recovery
department.

Carey Bachmann:

Paralegal. Carey is in charge of seeing that all paper goes in the right
direction to the right destination. She coordinates our bankruptcy and court
filings. Carey also is our information liaison between our clients and the
attorneys. She gets the documentation and information the attorneys need
from the client to stay on top of the case. Our office prides itself on having
the most prepared clients. Our clients know what to do and say at the
hearings. We get our cases through the system in a way that benefits the
client. To a large extent, Carey is the coordinator who is responsible for this
organizational success.

Sherry Biales:

Paralegal. Sherry has an extensive background with medical records and
managing medical offices. She has been involved in medical records
management for eight years. She is well versed in detecting deviations in the
medical standard of care and has helped our clients immensely in this regard.
Specifically, she has a keen ability to find discrepancies in medical records
which we have  been able to use to convince the opposing attorneys that their
position may be wrong or flawed.  This is just one way in many that Sherry
helps us get favorable money awards for our clients.

Sherry also knows first hand what it is like to be in our injury clients'
shoes. Sherry was hurt bad in a heavy impact car accident in 2005. She was
then jerked around and ignored by the insurance company. Ultimately, we
forced them to fairly compensate her. But the point is that Sherry knows first
hand what it is like to get victimized in a car accident, and then be victimized
again by the insurance company. She knows what it is like to be in severe
pain and to be totally disregarded as a human being. Sherry is extremely
compassionate and well suited to comfort our injury clients and help them to
maneuver through the complicated maze of the insurance compensation
process.
